Methodist Medical Center’s technology and quality of care were leading-edge, but after more than half a century serving the community the facility showed a little wear and tear. The somewhat frayed-around-the-edges look hindered the hospital's ability to build recognition of its clinical excellence.

It was decided to use the opening of a new section of the hospital to enhance the overall quality-of-care image.

We created a campaign that announced the new facility dramatically, and combined the grand opening news with a message that about the hospital's outstanding quality of care.

The campaign increased the number of people rating the hospital “best overall” by 30.4%.
